River Ridge Pickleball Court Booking Policy
- All courts are reservation-only via our third-party booking platform (Whoosh).
- Reservations open up 14 days in advance for members and 7 days for public.
- For a reservation refund, please cancel at minimum 2 hours before your court time.
- No shows will not be eligible for a refund.
- Gate access code is sent 30 minutes before your reserved time.
- Access code will only work 15 min before and after each reservation.
- Unauthorized court use is prohibited.
- Inclement Weather Policy: Paid reservations can be moved to a new time at no charge due to inclement weather. To move to a new time, please contact Amy Caruso at amy@golfriverridge.com.
